How to buy
When you find a piece of art that you may be interested in buying,
or would like to receive more information about, please contact
us by email or telephone giving the picture title, artist or gallery
name, price and reference number. For our customers' security we
only accept offline purchasing at this time.

How to rent
When you find a piece of art that you may be interested
in renting, or would like to receive more information about, please
contact us by email or telephone giving the picture title, artist
or gallery name, price and reference number. For our customers'
security we only accept offline purchasing at this time.
Rental Agreement and Insurance
After finalising the selection,
Weiv requires the
client to provide insurance cover on the artworks. Artworks are
then placed on a contract (Rental Agreement) which is sent to the
client for confirmation and signature.
Payment
Clients are invoiced for the full period of the Agreement. Full
payment is required before delivery of artworks.
Delivery
All artworks come framed and mounted and ready to install.
Weiv can arrange delivery of artworks using specialist
art carriers who will invoice the client directly. Clients are responsible
for all costs associated with transport and installing.
Expiry of Agreement & Return of Artwork
Prior to expiry of the Rental Agreement (see above),
Weiv
will contact you regarding the renewal of your Agreement or if you
prefer, a changeover of your artworks.
Weiv can
arrange for the collection of the artworks if necessary.

Guarantee
We offer a 'no questions asked' money back guarentee for all purchases
when the customer has not previously viewed the original art before
delivery. If, after delivery you decide you do not wish to keep
your purchase you may return it within 14 days and you will be reimbursed
for the full value of the art, less any transport and shipping costs.

Delivery Information
All items are securely packed in reinforced, weatherproof
packaging and are delivered by a reputable express courier. They
are insured during transit to cover loss, damage or non-delivery.
Delivery charges vary according to destination and will be advised
to the customer before purchase and despatch.

Vouchers make a great gift particuarly for weddings,
leaving gifts or retirement. The recipient can browse the site
or visit our gallery at any time to choose art at their leisure.
weiv vouchers are provided in the form of a Credit Note and can
be purchased in most value denominations.
